Hazlett in The Hill: Speed kills, but spectrum bureaucracy failed to apply the brakes Jun 18, 2015

Macaulay Distinguished Professor Thomas Hazlett argues in a recent op-ed, along with Harold Feld of Public Knowledge, that bureaucratic inefficiencies in allocating radio spectrum have delayed the implementation of life-saving, safety enhancing technologies that could have prevented the recent Amtrak accident in Philadelphia. The op-ed was published June 12 in The Hill's Congress Blog, a forum for lawmakers and policy professionals.
